How does MathPop lock the iPad?
MathPop encourages using Apple's built-in Screen Time and Guided Access features to ensure the app stays front and center. The app itself uses an aggressive "must solve to exit" sequence so your child has to conquer their math sets to earn their free time!
I forgot my Parent PIN. What do I do?
No worries! Anytime you enter the Parent Gate, you can bypass the short PIN by logging in with your main MathPop account email and password. Once logged in, you can update your settings securely.
How do I adjust the math difficulty?
Enter the Parent Gateway inside the app. From there, you can adjust the Grade Level (K-6), how many questions they must answer, and their minimum accuracy requirement (e.g., 80%). The app will even automatically level them up when they hit Mastery streaks!
Can I use MathPop across multiple devices?
Yes! Your Parent Settings and your child's Mastery Streaks are synced to the cloud via your account. Changes made on your phone will sync to their iPad instantly over the internet.
